Replaced a chiller due to a failing roof, engineering a new platform for relocation. During this process, all failed insulation was replaced, and a new skid for the glycol reservoir and pump was fabricated. The project was completed in two days to minimize production downtime. All piping was insulated with urethane insulation and PVC jacket, and incorrectly installed piping was repaired.

These units had been in service for a while and were beginning to show signs of wear, making them less effective and more costly to maintain. Replaced a 1970 evaporative condenser with a new unit upsized by 30%, making it 1550 nominal tons. This helps stabilize head pressure during high load and temperature conditions. The plant operates at 125 degrees and 155 PSI under full load, resulting in significant energy savings. The customer's ROI is less than 2½ years.
